Chair Yoga is ideal if you're feeling a bit stiff and creaky, or maybe feeling a bit off balance, or perhaps working with an injury or condition that limits your mobility or strength. This class will start seated. Students then have the option to practice some standing postures - using the chair for balance, if required - or you may prefer to stay seated throughout.

This is an invigorating but balanced and practical class that is designed to tone and strengthen the body. Stretching, toning exercises and aerobic dance movements are all incorporated for a complete workout.
