Overview

This is the first step towards becoming a clasified competitive Para Swimmer.

At the end of the programme there will be the opportunity to join the North Easts premier Para Swim squad and join team mates who have achieved regional and national success.
Take the first step to achieving your potential as a para swimmer and sign up to Start Para-Swimming with Richmond Dales.
