Generally the activities are taster sessions, but we do offer routes into some sports. There is a fee to take part, please see our website or phone us for more information.

Equipment:
We provide all specialist equipment, please dress appropriately weather conditions. Bring spare clothing and towel if going on the river.
Accessibility Information:
There is a changing places facility, as well as accessible ramps to get in and out of the building and a wheelchair lift. The site is 15 acres of land, with that there are challenges to make it 100% wheelchair accessible. However we do have a track to drive people down to the archery and air rifle range and paths to get to the high ropes course and other places. We have a variety of adaptive equipment to help people with all kinds of impairments take part.
