Attending the club:
No fees, but we ask for a donation of £3 a head towards costs. New members call 0191 4661667 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to book a visit or come along and see what happens. Some sessions are 8 people, some 12 or 15 and fitness and fun can be up to 25.
When we meet:
we offer Monday to Saturday opportunities programme covers morning afternoon some evenings and weekend,
comfortable clothing and footwear.
wheelchair accessible - staff have some BSL ability, building is DDA compliant with ramped access and same level access. One story - no steps. Good signage - information available in braille if requested or audio. we are not care providers, we are informal opportunity providers. there is a community cafe on sire for refreshments and the building has a community garden and access to outdoors.
