Upperbody Strength & Flexibility classes helps you stay supple and strong. It improves posture, strengthens wrists, arms, shoulders and back as you become more flexible. This helps you do daily tasks more easily. This home based exercise class is delivered via Zoom and designed to help active older adults who need to improve their upper body strength and flexibility. These upper body exercises can be done seated or standing.
