Workout #2 – Aerobics
Here’s the second guided home workout with qualified fitness instructor Kris Saunders-Stowe. This time, Kris takes us through an aerobic routine designed to elevate the heart rate.
Whilst this workout is more challenging than workout #1 (stretching and mobility), you can go back to a gentle ‘march’ at any time in the video until you feel ready to re-join the routine.
