Simply, we offer over 30 health, fitness and rehabilitation services, one-to-one and specialised class training with an elite, multiple degree-qualified team, comprising Exercise Scientists, Sports Massage Therapists, Boxercise and Kick Boxercise Instructors.

The Ergotec team are uniquely qualified to achieve measurable client results in fitness, sport, health, nutrition, massage and rehabilitation. Ergotec's Exercise Scientists work closely with other health professionals such as Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and GP's to help our clients achieve their full individual potential. We believe individual fitness and wellbeing are achievable goals through health education and fitness. Our clients are health motivated and goal orientated and so are we.

Ergotec Health Studio has a variety of clinical rehab services as well as general population services for both children and adults and each client is respected for their unique situation and challenges. Our Exercise Scientists are specialists in second-phase rehabilitation and we have a unique division headed by a Biokineticist to deal exclusively with specialised needs. So, whether we help you sweat the small stuff like losing weight or help you through post-operative rehabilitation for ACL/PCL reconstruction, our team love to motivate, support and help you toward achieving your goals.
