More than 150 sports science and sports medicine professionals and coaches from across the globe will gather in Loughborough this week for the seventh annual ParalympicsGB’s Sports Science, Sports Medicine and Coaching Conference in Loughborough.

Disability Sport Events (DSE) is holding the National Junior Swimming Championships at Ponds Forge in Sheffield. Nationwide Building Society and Spinal Injuries Association are supporting the event on 7 and 8 March, at which over 200 swimmers will compete. The event is an opportunity for young British swimming talent to compete, and is a springboard towards international success.

Disability Sport Events (DSE) is searching for brave individuals to abseil down the Newcastle Vermont Hotel on Saturday 18 April. After a successful charity abseil in Manchester last year, which raised over £6,000, Newcastle is our next point of call. We hope the city can help us raise thousands of pounds for disabled athletes.
