Chesterfield College Fitness Suite demonstrated the importance of physical activity for mental well-being during the first annual England-wide mass participation event Get Moving Week. This national event aimed to bring people with direct experience of mental health problems together with those without these experiences to build awareness, challenge attitudes and tackle discrimination.

Stefan Olsson of Sweden, Britain’s Lucy Shuker and Johan Andersson of Sweden won the men’s main draw singles, women’s singles and quad singles finals respectively as the 14th Nottingham Indoor Wheelchair Tennis Tournament, part of the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour, drew to a fascinating conclusion on Sunday at the City of Nottingham Tennis Centre.
