Club runs sessions on Sundays from 4 - 5pm at Hornchurch Sports Centre for people with arthritis and those recovering from surgery. It is an open session so there is no coaching or teaching.

Sessions take place in the small pool where there is a hoist available.

Costs are £4 for 4 weeks (paid in advance).

Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a carer.

Volunteers are all experienced in working with disabilities.

Note: Parasport cannot guarantee that the venue is accessible for those with a mobility disability so it's best to contact the club before going along.
