Club aims to cater for most disabilities but reasonable upper body movement is needed to gain the best experience.

Training will start again in July, times of the sessions are not yet decided so best to contact club directly for more information.

People can go along and watch or have a taster session free of charge to see if the club is right for you.

An annual membership is £10.

Qualified coaches run the sessions.

Venue has full disabled access.
