Organisation caters for people over 50 with disabilities.

Sessions take place Mondays 8.00-11.30am, Wednesdays 1.30-3.30pm and Fridays 1.00-3.30pm. Each session costs £4.30. Membership is £20.00 per annum them £2.65 per session.

Membership includes use of the IFI gym and all sessions.

Parents/carers are welcome to attend sessions.

Venue has full disabled access.

Note: Parasport cannot guarantee that the venue is accessible for those with a mobility disability so it's best to contact the club before going along.
